Denise has had a passion for real estate since she was a child.  Growing up in a family of developers, builders and real estate agents, it became second nature to her to pursue a career in real estate.    She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Missouri Western State University and worked corporate for 7 years,  and then moved into teaching upper level business courses.    After working summers as an agent while teaching school, she made the transition to a full-time realtor in 1993.

Denise has been a full-time Real Estate agent for 18 years with 13 years as a Broker.  She even owned her own real estate company in the Kansas City area while working with developers, investors and builders.   Her numerous years of experience in new construction(selling out 4 new home communities in the Kansas City, MO area) as well as marketing and managing sales of resale properties allows her to provide her clients a comprehensive buying/selling experience.  She has reached Gold Executive Club premier level every year , won numerous awards and was recently #41 out of 1,500 agents and top "20" for solo performance in the Mid-America Region in 2009.  Denise meets challenges even in a declining home market, and will do her very best to meet the needs of her clients.
